This season, Carter declined last May's invite to continue to play ECNL and joined the other '06 Classics teams with Coach John Ballantyne. The season was delayed somewhat getting started due to COVID restrictions. This year also marked the first time that Addison and Carter practiced at completely different times with Carter later at 6:45. This wasn't too big of an issue, being able to carpool with Megan P. taking the girls at 4:45 and us picking them up while dropping off Carter and Carter Buseniehner and Christy bringing them home at 8:25 after their practice.
August was filled with just Classics scrimmages, mainly with the 2007 ECNL team.
September 19, their team had their first scrimmage game vs. Boerne FC, where they won 4-1. Carter is playing the 6 and 8 position and had incredible header off a corner that was inches from going in. Soccer is way more laid back now and he is playing the entire 70 minutes.

LOSS 1-3 against SA City, in Shertz on 10/3/2020. Carter had a goal off a penalty kick. He did so great under pressure and it was so fun to watch. He played against his old teammate Jagger Holt.

LOSS 1-3 against E2, at home on 10/10/2020. Carter had an incredible goal playing center, a strong upper 90. He almost had another one and took a coupe of strong aggressive shot in the first half. We were super proud of him. He played against some of his old Classics teammates, Sam Reno, Cooper in goal, and a couple of more. Carter was down a couple of strong teammates, it will be fun to play them with everyone later in the season.

WEEKEND OFF OCTOBER 24 & 35. Carter was asked to play both ECNL games this weekend but decided to go to Lake LBJ with the Buseniehners, Kuykendall's and Babiarz families to spend time with friends and fish. This was the EXACT reason we knew it was idea to not play ECNL. This is exactly what we wanted for Carter - balance between sports and friends.

WIN against SA City White West on 10/31/2020. 2-0. Carter took 3-4 really good shot and had a great assist.
