Today was all about the Grand Tetons and started with a morning white water rafting down the Snake River. We saw eagles. osprey and otters within 4 minutes of being in the boat. The 8 or so rapids got us wet right from the beginning and the 90 minute ride went by so quickly. Delaney was so brave on her first white water rafting trip!
Then, we experienced the Grand Tetons by land, stopping at Jenny Lake, one of the most gorgeous lakes right at the base of the Grand Teton peaks. We tool the ferry across, then hiked to Inspiration Point and Hidden Falls
After that, we drove the 1 hour and 45 minutes to Old Faithful on in the Southwest part of Yellowstone. We pulled into the parking lot of the hotel at 7:25PM and noticed people circling what we could only could assume was Old Faithful. The kids and walked over and sat down and less than 60 seconds later - Old Faithful went off. Wow... what timing. This was another magical moment of our trip, for sure.
We checked into the Old Faithful Snow lodge and the girls and I just took it easy while the boys went across the parking lot and watched Old Faithful one more tome at 9:15PM.

A funny story of the trip was Delaney getting confused between the microwaves in the hotel room versus the lock boxes.
