For Delaney's 5th birthday in March, she received tickets from us for Disney on Ice that was coming to the Alamodome in May. The story to remember of this experience at 5 years old, was her desire to buy a $15 bag of cotton candy. Yes, it came with a gold plastic Minnie Mouse Princess Crown but she wasn't even motivated by that. It took determination on my part to let her spend her own money on that but I hope that we will laugh in 20 years when she is an adult!
