Carter's 2nd Half of 3rd Grade at Vineyard Ranch Elementary

Besides the bigger school activities already blogged about like Bike Rodeo, his Lighthouse Team special events and his pencil project, the 2nd half of Carter's 3rd grade year at Vineyard Ranch Elementary was busy with lots of school events. There were the "everyday" days, days we were up at school with him, Blake joined him for his 3rd grade field trip to Texas Institute of Texas cultures. There were evening fairs where Aunt Danielle joined the fun, and then Carter was selected to represent his 3rd grade Mrs. Apolinar's class for Battle of The Books. His class participated in Red Nose Day and he was awarded The Presidential Service Award for his volunteer hours. He had a diorama animal project that all of 3rd grade partook in and the final week of school was filled with the KINS Talent Show were he completed the rub cube blind folded. Before we knew it, June 4, 2016 had come and Carter had his very last day of 3rd grade as well as his very last day as a student at Vineyard Ranch Elementary. A school that we would miss dearly.
