We have truly enjoyed our Elf on The Shelf, "Will Ferrell," this year. Will got pretty creative and seeing the excitement on the kid's faces, especially Carter's, reminded us how important these years of fully "believing" truly are. Before Will flew off for vacation on Christmas Eve afternoon, he left our family three gifts and a letter. Delaney got her very own "rock behavior" jar and Will gave us our very favorite gift of the year! He noticed that we are a pretty competitive family who likes to play games so he got a trophy made for us, "Brown Family Game Night Champion" and asked us to start a new family tradition, at least once a month, to play a variety of games which we can take turns choosing. Whichever family member wins the game, they get to display the highly coveted trophy in their room until we play again. In between Christmas and New Year's, we had our first Family Game Night and Carter won the trophy for the first time. Thanks Will!
