Sweet Carter and Addison were SO patient waiting for Delaney to wake up on the one rare morning she decides to sleep in. Finally around 8:00, we let them wake her up. She was a little out of it but quickly snapped out of it when she saw her stocking. This year was especially special, this year, because we had BOTH Pops and Ya-Ya at the house when the kids opened their Santa gifts and this was our last Christmas morning in our home.
We didn't realize until Christmas day night but without planning it, we had an almost completely battery free Christmas with 3 children - ages 2,7, and 9! Meaning besides an LED headlamp for Addison and the seat Santa brought for their new Zip Line, we had NO electronics or battery powered toys! I love it but am certain that will never happen again.
Our last ever annual race up the stairs, to see what Santa has left.

I remember how over whelmed Addison seemed when she saw her bike, sleeping bag and 3 wrapped gifts. I was a bit surprised. |

The absolute best picture taken all day! Delaney when she saw she got M&M's from Santa, along with an ENTIRE box of chocolate. |

The last gift Addison opened was a gift she had wanted for several years. Santa had finally found an elf who could make a stuffed animal Boxer that looked like Tiger. |
Santa brought them:
Carter (Just turned 9): 6 person Tent, Sleeping Bag, Model Engine to put together, 2X2 rubix cube, new orange bike & Zip Line. Lolli & Pops got him a very nice rolling push golf cart.
Addison - (aged 7.5): Stuffed animal "Tiger", new snow cone flavors, sleeping bag, new earrings, mittens and hat, journal, new bike and Zip Line. Lolli & Pops got her a big outdoor soccer goal.
Delaney - (aged 2.5): playdoh, Puppet/lemonade/market play stand, sleeping bag, big box of chocolates! Lolli & Pops got her a BIG box of Magna-tiles.
