This is our 3rd year's search for the perfect Port A beach house to fit the 15 of us! We are looking for the ideal mix of perfect location with a close walk to the beach (we love not having to take a car on the beach), enough room for the three big families and of course MeMe, and a layout that makes sense for all. This year's find, Casa Thomae, was pretty awesome and even had a hot tub on the top floor porch. Yes, there were lots of stairs with this large 3 story (4 bedrooms and 5 bath house) and the kitchen was on the top floor. After we were done unloading, the stairs never bothered me and it's hard to find a big enough house with an unobstructed beach view that would't have 3 stories.
