We went to The North Pole leaving from Palestine, TX! It was so much fun and our kids were at the most perfect age for this. The music, the chefs singing and dancing in the aisles, reading the book, getting a Golden Ticket, getting it punched, drinking hot chocolate and eating cookies, Santa giving us the bell and our favorite part... singing Christmas carols and dancing the entire way back!

At 6.5, Addison is quite the natural performer. Here she was on stage of a large outdoor theater in Tyler over Thanksgiving probably singing Frozen's "Let It Go" or "Roar" by Katy Perry.

Great Wolf Lodge - Thanksgiving with Perkins and Nash's

This was our 2nd trip to Great Wolf Lodge. The kids are at the absolute perfect ages for it. This time we took some of our very favorite people and it made it even better! Both years, this trip, has been a reward for Carter and Addison's effort at school and making A's, completing all their homework and working on good behavior at school.
