Carter & Addison's First Day of School (At A NEW School!)

 It was a memorable & wet "first day of school" at a "new school!" The five of us made some fun memories of walking in the pouring rain to the front door and to each of Carter and Addison's classes to wish them a happy first day of 4th and 3rd grade.

Summer Olympics 2016

We love the Summer Olympics in August. The perfect excuse to get our of the heat and watch some amazing athletes, like Texas native Simone Biles, do incredible things!

For some last fun before school starts, The Perkins and us headed to the coolest, wettest time in Texas on a hot August day!

Carter: Then & Now

We realized during Meet The Teacher, that their new elementary school was the first place that Carter played Little Dribblers basketball on a real time for the first time just a week after he turned 3 years old. I instantly saw those windows and had to recreate it.
